DORMANT ACCOUNTS

Accounts inactive for 6 months may be:

• Closed by Betnare
• Funds handled in accordance with Kenyan law

To close your account:

• Withdraw all funds

• Provide:
  • ID copy
  • Full name
  • Registered phone number

Processing may take up to 5 business days, subject to verification.

ACCOUNT CLOSURE (BY BETNARE)

Betnare may suspend or close accounts if:

• Terms are violated
• Fraud or illegal activity is suspected
• Regulatory requirements are not met

Winnings obtained through violations may be forfeited.

PROHIBITED ACTS

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Underage gambling
• Fraud or money laundering
• Match-fixing or insider betting
• Using another person’s account
• Bonus abuse
• Betting on already concluded events

Betnare reserves the right to:

• Void bets
• Withhold winnings
• Close accounts
• Report to authorities

SELF-EXCLUSION & RESPONSIBLE GAMING

Players may:

• Activate “Take a Break” via their account
• Request long-term exclusion via email

Important:

• Funds must be withdrawn before exclusion
• Accounts remain inaccessible during exclusion
• Reopening requires a formal request

PAYMENTS & WITHDRAWALS

• Winnings are credited after settlement

• Taxes are deducted per Kenyan law

Betnare may withhold payments if:

• Fraud or irregular activity is suspected
• Verification is incomplete

MAXIMUM WIN LIMIT

To ensure fair usage and platform sustainability:

• The maximum net winnings per player are limited to KES 4,000,000 per day.
• If winnings exceed this limit, Betnare reserves the right to adjust the excess amount directly from the player's wallet.

This rule applies across all bets, games, and promotions within a 24-hour period.

PROMOTIONS

• Each promotion has specific terms and conditions
• Betnare may modify or cancel promotions at any time

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

The Service is provided “as is”.

Betnare is not liable for:

• Technical issues
• Internet failures
• User errors
• Any financial losses incurred while betting

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You may not:
